Staff Profile_Wendy Russ

Meet Wendy


Wendy has worked in Alice Springs since the late 1990's, initially as a classroom teacher, specialist teacher and assistant principal; then as a School Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist. She currently works part-time in a local College with students and staff as a College Counsellor; and also works part-time at EASA.


In addition, Wendy operates a private practice. Wendy has expertise in supporting and working with clients of all ages, particularly in the areas of trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She is also able to advise on appropriate assessment of children and adolescents. Wendy’s other areas of interest are work-place relations, conflict resolution and mediation.
