Lydia is a Provisional Psychologist who has recently joined EASA to complete her final placement under the Master of Clinical Psychology at CDU. Lydia moved to Darwin in 2019 expecting to be here for 18 months, but territory life won her over.
Lydia has previously worked within a range of settings in the NT including Youth Detention, a Specialist School, and an Indigenous-run not for profit. Providing individualised care that is culturally safe and trauma-informed is a priority for her practice.
Lydia has experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression and anger. She has a keen interest in working with youth, and takes a holistic approach to wellbeing through a biopsychosocial lens.
